ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Custom homes in Majestic Pines by Jayden Homes. The quiet, quaint community of Majestic Pines is located north and east of Hwy. 83 an Hodgen Road. It was thoughtfully laid out with the homesites having views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range, on streets that end in cul-de-sacs and lot layouts that can accommodate walk-out floor plans.
All of the lots are 2.5 acres and have individual wells and septic systems. The developer has more than 15 years’ experience in developing communities, and elegantly appointed custom designs are required.
Outdoor activities abound with hiking and biking in Fox Run Park, or you can walk around the neighborhood. Golf, tennis and swimming are available with membership to The Club at Flying Horse, and mountain hiking is close by in the foothills just west of Monument, which is just 10 minutes away. The community is just a short drive to Colorado Springs and 40 minutes from Denver. Schools are also close and in acclaimed Lewis Palmer School District 38.
