Jayden Homes, a Colorado Springs custom home builder, is thrilled to recognize Michelle Grove-Reiland of Broadmoor Realty, as our August Most Valuable Realtor.
Michelle is a seasoned real estate professional and has worked in many facets of the industry including land development, new construction, resale housing and commercial.
Michelle began her career in Colorado Springs land development and sales as the in-house broker for David R. Sellon and Co. where she handled sales and marketing for communities such as Broadmoor Hills, Broadmoor Bluffs, Pinecliff, Broadmoor and Mt. Woodmen Estates.
In 1986, Michelle launched the marketing division for the Peregrine Community, an 1100-acre master-planned community that included residential, office and retail development.
In 1995, Michelle started the marketing division for The Boulders/Spires Broadmoor development and subsequently became general manager of the development through its completion in 2010.
Michelle is passionate about her clients and works diligently on their behalf. Michelle has served on several boards including past Board Chair of Silver Key Senior Services, past president of Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association, a member of Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and a graduate of CSLI-Colorado Springs Leadership Institute.
