Karen Cogburn, Director of Design: As the Director of Design, Karen works side by side with Jayden Homes clients in the design, color and option selections process. As well, Karen manages the interior design and option selections for Jayden Homes available and model homes. A graduate of Colorado State University (formerly the University of Southern Colorado), Karen’s past experience includes management of a top Colorado Springs production builder Design Studio and human resources. An artist, outdoorswoman, and avid reader, Karen is the mother of three grown children, three dogs, and two cats.
Chris Palmer, Director of Construction: An experienced homebuilder, Chris, Director of Construction, oversees the construction of each Jayden Home in El Paso, Elbert, and Douglas county. In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, competing in chuck wagon cook offs, and cowboying and raising cattle on his ranch in southern Colorado.
Melissa Ritz, Office Manager: A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Melissa keeps Jayden Homes running as she assists both Danielle Doyle and Jayne Grover. Passionate about home building and land, Melissa can often be found assisting our custom home specialists in finding out details about new land opportunities in El Paso County. With years of commercial and residential construction experience, Melissa enjoys practicing her baking and pastry skills and spending time with friends and family.
