Flying Horse

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

Spanning 1,600 acres, Flying Horse is a luxury master-planned community with fabulous amenities. At the heart of the community is The Club at Flying Horse, which boasts a challenging 18-hole private member golf course that was designed by Tom Weiskopf, an athletic club with swimming and tennis, and a world-class spa. The Club also features fine dining at The Steakhouse and overnight accommodations at The Lodge.

Located between I-25 and Hwy 83 just south of North Gate Road, Flying Horse is convenient to both Colorado Springs and Denver, plus it’s close to shopping in Monument. It also proudly boasts the enterprising K-12 Discovery Canyon school, which is in the prestigious Academy School District 20.

Developer Classic Communities opened up home building in Flying Horse in 2005, and Jayden Homes has been a participant. Our most recent building project was a Brookside in the Village of Verona.
