Hilltop Pines is minutes to I-25 with easy access to Monument, Colorado Springs and Denver. Just east of I-25 and Baptist Road you’ll find the Jackson Creek business district with health care facilities, a YMCA, banks, restaurants, and major shopping facilities such as Super Walmart, Home Depot, Kohls, King Soopers and Walgreens. It’s also just a hop, skip and jump away from the quaint town of Monument (and Palmer Lake) where you’ll find a large variety of locally owned boutiques and restaurants. Golfers will enjoy playing at the highly acclaimed Kings Deer Golf Club offering a variety of membership, pre-paid, and daily fee options. Hilltop Pines is only 20 minutes north of Colorado Springs and 40 minutes south of the Denver Tech Center.

Hilltop Pines is located in Lewis Palmer School District 38. One of the finest school districts in Colorado. Serving approximately 7,000 students, D38 has five elementary schools, one middle school, and two high schools offering a variety of programs including gifted and talented programs, full day kindergarten and preschool, and acclaimed music, art, sports, and activities programs. Named to the College Board Advanced Placement Honor Roll four times, LPSD students consistently place in the top 10% for college entrance and state exams with more than 85% of graduates reporting they plan to continue on to post-secondary education.
